Online payments are securely processed through Stripe. The Connection Room does not store your full credit or debit card details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and security practices.

Clinical Notes
To support your care, brief clinical notes may be taken during or after our sessions. These notes help record the concerns you have shared, your goals, progress, and any therapeutic approaches or interventions used throughout our work together.
Your records are securely stored within Cliniko, our encrypted practice management system. Any paper notes are kept in a secure, locked filing cabinet with access limited to Samantha Payne, Registered Counsellor.
All records are managed in accordance with professional and legal record-keeping requirements and remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.
